What does it mean to be a value based church. Values are different from structure in that a structure tends to be set without change and values are based in growth.  These are the values of Cornerstone Church:

Fatherhood:
Seeing God’s revelation of Himself as our Father and how that affects our families, our understanding of authority, and our relationship with God Himself.
Faith Towards God: Building a strong belief system characterized by conviction and trust in God and His word, being able to discern the voice of God.
Praise and Worship: Ministering to Him as we worship, whether alone or as a group.
Grace: Walking in God’s love, favor and influence.

Servant hood
Serving:
Laying down of one’s life on a day to day basis.
Giving:
Looking to give out of one’s self in time, energy, and resources.

Holiness, Purity
Separation from the World:
Becoming set apart for God.
Conforming to the image of Christ:
Being new creations in Christ.
Denying Ungodliness: Keeping ourselves free from sin.

The Cross
Humility:
Learning to have an honest and truthful heart, and to have a realistic assessment of one’s own worth and importance.
Brokenness: Denying or surrendering of self and yielding to God.

Loving One Another and Your Neighbor

Forming long term relationships, with the church family.                                                                                Edification: Building each other up in love, knowing the Holy Spirit and His gifts.
