The presence of God is so strong on our worship that we can take it any where in any form and the POWER is still the same, no matter who leads. People immediately know there is something different about our worship and are immediately drawn to its passion and arid purity.  People are consistently, genuinely touching God and manifestations occur in the prophetic realm, in healing, and in the BREAKING OF BONDS on people’s lives. We are training others and sending them out, just as we are sent. The fires of our sacrifice burns hotter and brighter, and new flames emerge from the first, heating and consuming as they go. God sees and smells these sacrificial flames and is pleased.

This unique and expansive vision has profound implications on the way we do worship at Cornerstone. Just singing songs once a week is not going to cut it. Being excellent musicals and performers is not enough, even though excellence is required. To instill the fire of God into others, it must first be burning in us; an unlit candle cannot light anything. We need to have the power of God operating in our own lives before our worship can truly have the kind of power behind it that will break through barriers in people’s lives.  Before people can be drawn to the passion and purity of our worship, we must be devoted to loving God passionately and living life purely.
